Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes We ship from both local Australian and international suppliers to bring you the best range of products. Estimated delivery times to Australian addresses are:
- Australian warehouse items: 2–5 business days
- International supplier items: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Some items shipped from international suppliers may have limited tracking updates until they arrive in Australia.
Split Shipments If your order contains items from both local and international suppliers, your order may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Customs & Import Duties For items shipped from international suppliers, occasional customs delays may occur. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, though most standard orders to Australia fall below the duty-free threshold.
